French toast with raspberry jam and home fries
Huevos rancheros corn crepes served with chard tomatoes salsa and topped with a fried egg
Monte Cristo with bacon, ham, and cheddar sandwich dipped in French Toast batter.
Smoked salmon toast served with melon
Buttermilk waffles with blueberries and maple butter
Everything I sampled was delicious the two standout dishes for me were the buttermilk waffles with the delicious homemade jam and melted maple butter and the huevos rancheros which was flavor packed and had a nice level of spice. While the service was a bit slow, the food was worth the wait. Offering an affordable brunch with generous portion sizes Sutherland is a great spot to enjoy weekend brunch in Ottawa.
