On the back of the sheet of red cardstock draw one small heart with a pencil and cut it out. Using the cut out heart as a tracer, trace the same heart shape over and over again so that you have double the amount of trace hearts to the amount of cupcake toppers you need. For example if you are only going to need 2 cupcake toppers you need 4 heart cupcake topper

Place a small amount of hot glue on bottom of the back of one of the cut hearts and position a toothpick onto the glue. Next place another cut heart directly on top of the first heart with the glitter side up. This way you will have the glitter heart on either side of the cupcake topper.
